Hi! I am Yolanda Vonne'. I created The Encouragement Coach LLC because I love encouraging people. I believe that God has called me to do what 1 Thessalonians 5:11 says, "Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing".
Encouraging people is my heart's song. I know it is the gift God has given me so I gladly share it with everyone.
It's my mission to pour into women. I'm here to encourage. I'm here to be that vessel God can pour into to encourage all his daughters in Christ. And I'm here to support you as you believe for (and pursue by faith) that one thing that keep nudging at your heart.

​My prayer is that every time you leave a session with me, you feel encouraged. I want you to walk away with clarity when you need it, hope when you need it, reassurance when you need it, and a renewed focus when you need it.
The Encouragement Coach LLC was created as a safe space where women just like you can come let your hair down, take off your superhero capes, and just b-r-e-a-t-h-e.
Together, we’ll hold space for grace-filled conversations and faith-led coaching. You’ll be reminded that you are deeply seen, dearly loved, and fully empowered to live boldly and joyfully in the calling God has placed on your life—in every season you find yourself in.

​Yolanda Vonne' has been serving in ministry for over 20 years, and it's been her absolute joy! As a passionate ministry leader, she loved teaching and leading small group Bible studies, planning and managing impactful ministry events, serving her community, and helping women discover the beautiful purpose God has designed just for them.
Yolanda believes that every woman has a unique God-given purpose. She delights in walking alongside women as they step into their God-given identity. Nothing excites her more than seeing women win and walking boldly and confidently in the purpose God has for each season of their life.
Her mission is to encourage, equip, and empower women to step fully into God’s plan, knowing they are capable, called, and deeply loved. Through her work, she hopes to inspire women to trust God's timing, embrace their purpose, and live with joy and confidence.

Yolanda Vonne' is married to her husband of over 10 years and they have two amazing children together.
