Hi! I am Yolanda Vonne'. I created The Encouragement Coach because I love encouraging people. I believe that God has called me to do what 1 Thessalonians 5:11 says, "Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing".
Encouraging people is my heart's song. I know it is the gift God has given me so I gladly share it with everyone. It's my mission to pour into women like you who are always pouring into others, because you deserve to be seen, strengthened, and supported, too.
I believe that this takes faith. And I want to come alongside you as you walk by faith on the path God has destined just for you.
My prayer is that every time you leave a session with me, you feel more rooted, more refreshed, and more connected to the woman God created you to be. I want you to walk away with clarity in your purpose, renewed strength to keep pouring into others without running dry, and the kind of faith that anchors and fuels your journey.

The Encouragement Coach LLC was created as a safe space where women just like you can come let your hair down, take off your superhero capes, and just b-r-e-a-t-h-e. Together, we’ll hold space for grace-filled conversations and faith-led transformational coaching. You’ll be reminded that you are deeply seen, dearly loved, and fully empowered to live boldly and joyfully in the calling God has placed on your life—in every season you find yourself in.

Yolanda Vonne' has been serving in ministry for over 20 years, and it's been her absolute joy! As a passionate ministry leader, she loved teaching and leading small group Bible studies, planning and managing impactful ministry events, serving her community, and helping women discover the beautiful purpose God has designed just for them.
Yolanda believes that every woman has a unique God-given purpose. She delights in walking alongside women as they step into their God-given identity. Nothing excites her more than seeing women win and walking boldly and confidently in the purpose God has for each season of their life.
Her mission is to encourage, equip, and empower women to step fully into God’s plan, knowing they are capable, called, and deeply loved. Through her work, she hopes to inspire women to trust God's timing, embrace their purpose, and live with joy and confidence.
Yolanda Vonne' is married to her husband of over 10 years and they have two amazing children together.

Held in September on the weekend after the National Day of Encouragement, this faith-fueled experience is designed for women who give so much of themselves at home, at work, and in every area of their life and career.
Over two powerful days, you’ll R.I.S.E. — Rooted, Inspired, Strengthened, and Empowered — through heartfelt workshops and soul-nourishing breakout sessions, building authentic community connections with other Christian women just like you! It’s a sacred space to reconnect with God, rediscover your purpose, and be refilled from the inside out.
Because the woman who pours deserves a place to release, rest, and rise.

They are designed to equip you with practical tools and strategies to navigate life's challenges with faith and strength.
